Job summary

GN Group seeks a Manager of Benefits & Compensation to lead US benefit programs and advise on global compensation implementation. This role partners with regional teams to benchmark, design and optimize health, retirement, and leave programs while ensuring compliance and data accuracy across North America.

You will manage enrollment cycles, vendor relationships, budgets, and reporting, delivering insights to leadership for competitive total rewards decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or HR required.
• 8+ years HR experience with focus on benefits and 3+ years in compensation.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic oversight of US health, welfare, retirement, executive benefits, leave, wellbeing and ancillary programs.
• Partner with Payroll, Legal, Finance, and external vendors to ensure enrollment and lifecycle compliance.
