Job summary

Hexagon Manufacturing Intelligence in the United States is seeking a Global Total Rewards Lead to shape compensation, benefits, and pay governance across multiple regions. You will influence executive decision-makers, partner with senior HR leaders, and drive enterprise-wide initiatives to attract and retain world-class talent.

You will own the US benefits program, lead benefits governance, and guide job architecture, compensation governance, and analytics to support strategic talent decisions

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
12+ years of global Total Rewards experience.
Deep expertise in compensation, benefits, job architecture, and governance.
Experience leading merit/compensation cycles globally.

Responsibilities

Own the Total Rewards multi-year roadmap aligned to divisions' priorities.
Lead global benefits governance, compliance, and vendor management.
Partner with senior leadership on compensation strategy and governance.
Develop executive dashboards and Board-ready reporting.
Manage US benefits administration and regulatory reporting.
