Job summary

GoGlobal is seeking a Global Benefits & Compensation Lead to own employee benefits worldwide and provide data-driven compensation insights for client teams. This hands-on role sources market benefits, negotiates with brokers and providers, and runs the renewal calendar to keep cover continuous and cost-effective.

You will operate from a Regional Delivery Centre in Malaysia, Romania, or Colombia, collaborating across time zones to deliver compliant, competitive programs and data to Revenue and

Qualifications

• 6+ years in benefits/compensation with global/multi-country management.
• Hands-on sourcing and negotiation with brokers, insurers and providers; own renewals.
• Strong knowledge of statutory/supplementary benefits and local compliance across jurisdictions.
• Commercial/analytical skills: benchmarking, cost modelling, vendor negotiation.
• Organised and deadline-driven; able to run a global renewal calendar.
• Fluent English; able to work across time zones from Regional Delivery Centre (Malaysia, Romania or Colombia).

• Benefits sourcing & market research across countries.
• Vendor sourcing, negotiation & management with brokers, insurers and providers.
• Renewals, renegotiation & the benefits calendar to ensure on-time renewals.
• Compliance & governance of benefit programmes with local requirements.
• Compensation benchmarking & total reward to support offers and client discussions.
• Cost, data & continuous improvement of the benefits function.
