Job summary

Acrisure is seeking an Account Manager to serve as a primary client contact, developing coverage strategies and coordinating through the lifecycle of policies. This role emphasizes client service, data accuracy in systems, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Candidates should have a Health & Life license and at least 2 years in employee benefits, with strong communication and organizational skills. On-site presence is expected to support collaboration and leadership.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in employee benefits.
• CPCU or special training course noted as a plus.

Responsibilities

• Service accounts, including quotes, endorsements, renewals, and documentation.
• Respond to client inquiries and company requests promptly.
• Develop coverage strategies as needed.
• Assist with insurance marketing and sales.
• Collect renewal data on assigned accounts.
• Provide claims support.
• Review new/renewal policies and endorsements for accuracy.
• Maintain client data in Applied Systems/EPIC.
• Document activities in the agency management system.
• Assist other departments to issue appropriate policies.
• Keep Producers informed of important activities and risks.
• Stay current with industry trends and license compliance.
• Maintain knowledge of underwriting requirements and policy provisions.
• Perform other duties including backup as needed.
