Acrisure seeks an Account Manager in New Jersey to serve as a primary client contact, develop coverage strategies, and manage policy transactions. This on-site role supports collaboration across teams and requires a health and life license, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency with agency systems.

Formación

• Active Health & Life license required.
• Strong organizational skills and initiative.
• Computer skills: Word, Outlook, Excel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Mathematical skills: calculate discounts, premiums, commissions, etc.
• Reasoning skills to solve problems with varying instructions.
• Applied Systems / EPIC experience is a plus.
• Employee Navigator experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Service accounts, including quotes, policy issuance, ID cards, endorsements, certificates, claims, renewals, and correspondence.
• Respond to client inquiries and company requests in a timely manner.
• Develop coverage strategies and plans as needed.
• Insurance marketing and sales.
• Collect renewal data on assigned accounts.
• Provide claims support.
• Review new/renewal policies and endorsements for accuracy.
• Maintain client data in Applied Systems / EPIC.
• Document all activities in the agency management system.
• Assist other departments to issue appropriate policies.
• Inform Producers of important account activities and potential problems.
• Keep current with industry trends and participate in seminars for skill improvement.
• Maintain knowledge of underwriting requirements and policy provisions.
• Perform other functions and backup duties as assigned.
