Job summary

Acrisure is seeking an Account Manager to serve as a primary client contact, manage coverage strategies, and support policy administration. The role emphasizes accurate data in agency systems, proactive client communication, and industry compliance.

On-site presence is expected to support collaboration and cross-functional teamwork. You will handle policy transactions, renewals, and client inquiries while contributing to insurance marketing and client service excellence within a growing

Qualifications

• Active Health & Life License required.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to discern priority and initiative.
• Computer skills: Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and strong interpersonal skills.
• Mathematical skills to calculate discounts, interest, premiums, and commissions.
• Reasoning skills to solve problems and interpret diverse instructions.
• Applied Systems / EPIC experience is a plus.
• Employee Navigator experience is a plus.
• Education: High School diploma required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in employee benefits.
• CPCU or special training course completion is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Service accounts, including quotes, issuing policies, ID cards, endorsements, certificates, renewals, and correspondence.
• Respond to client inquiries and company requests promptly.
• Develop coverage strategies and plans as needed.
• Insurance marketing and sales activities.
• Collect renewal data on assigned accounts.
• Provide claims support.
• Review new/renewal policies and endorsements for accuracy.
• Maintain client data in Applied Systems / EPIC.
• Document all activities in the agency management system.
• Understand and utilize upload, download, and interface technology.
• Assist other departments to issue appropriate policies.
• Keep Producers informed of important activities on accounts.
• Stay current with industry trends and licensing compliance.
• Maintain knowledge of underwriting requirements and policy provisions.
• Complete other functions and backup duties as assigned.
