Acrisure New England Partners Insurance Services, LLC is seeking an Account Manager to handle routine client contacts and develop coverage strategies. You will manage accounts, process transactions, and support sales and client communications on-site to ensure accurate policy issuance.

The role requires an active Health & Life license, strong organization, and solid knowledge of insurance products. On-site collaboration and benefits-focused work are key aspects.

Qualifications

• Active Health & Life License required.
• Strong organizational and initiative skills.
• Proficient with Word, Outlook and Excel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with Applied Systems / EPIC is a plus.
• Knowledge of insurance concepts and industry practices.

Responsibilities

• Service accounts, including quotes, policies, IDs, endorsements, renewals and correspondence.
• Respond to client inquiries and company requests promptly.
• Develop coverage strategies and plans as needed.
• Sales and marketing of insurance products.
• Review policies and endorsements for accuracy and orderliness.
• Maintain client data in the agency management system and document activity.
