Acrisure is seeking an Account Manager to join our growing team. The Account Manager is the primary day-to-day contact for all service needs for both external and internal customers.

They coordinate and manage accurate insurance processing and deliver an excellent customer experience. Responsibilities include leading team operations, coaching Account Associates, supporting Producers/Account Executives, and ensuring renewal activity and client satisfaction.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree in a Business or related field or equivalent experience.
• Active Life & Health Insurance License required.
• Strong computer skills; proficient with Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Aufgaben

• Serve as primary day-to-day contact for external and internal clients.
• Coordinate and review client service deliverables and workload.
• Support Producers and Account Executives with client service commitments.
• Ensure service standards, identify trends, and drive process improvements.
• Manage renewals and new business and respond promptly to client changes.
