Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions is seeking an Account Manager to oversee and manage assigned client accounts, coordinating with sales and support to implement new or renewing contracts. You will maintain relationships with key personnel, possessing strong knowledge of group benefits, problem resolution, and negotiation.

Travel to client meetings is expected, and the role emphasizes professionalism, superior service, and timely communications to ensure client satisfaction across all accounts.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years or equivalent combination of experience, skills, or education preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Health and Life Insurance License mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and conduct the implementation for new and renewing clients.
• Coordinate strategy meetings and document collection with Business Consultant.
• Market, analyze, and negotiate benefits and rates for all coverages.
• Ensure all clients are compliant with benefits and filings as required.

Education

Bachelor's degree preferred
