Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions seeks an AVP to lead Account Managers and safeguard client relationships. The role requires deep knowledge of group benefits, strong problem-solving skills, and effective management abilities.

You will supervise teams, enforce SOPs, and oversee renewals while ensuring top-tier customer service and 24-hour response commitments. Occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership to supervise Account Managers (including Seniors).
• Excellent communication with clients and internal teams.
• Knowledge of employee benefits, compliance, and payroll processes.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret SBCs, procedures, and regulations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe.
• Experience with renewal calendars and client escalations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Account Managers (including Seniors).
• Enforce Open Market SOPs and processes.
• Manage renewal calendar to ensure renewals are completed.
• Handle client escalations and provide solutions.
• Support Account Manager teams with training and daily support.
• Manage PTO requests for Account Managers.
• Conduct yearly employee reviews and lead weekly team meetings.
• Ensure high levels of customer retention and service delivery.
