Job summary

PrismHR is seeking an Account Manager to oversee and manage assigned client accounts, coordinating with sales and support to implement new or renewing contracts. You will maintain relationships with high-level clients and demonstrate strong knowledge of group benefits and payroll processes.

Ideal candidates have 2-5 years of relevant experience, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and willingness to travel for client meetings.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in account management or client services.
• Knowledge of group benefits and payroll processes.
• Ability to travel for client meetings.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and conduct the implementation for new and renewing clients.
• Coordinate strategy meetings and document collection with Business Consultant.
• Market, analyze, and negotiate benefits and rates for all coverages.
• Obtain applications and monitor benefit administration portals.
