Qualifications

• Ability to develop and maintain client relationships at multiple levels.
• Experience with enrollment processes and carrier negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and carriers.
• Lead enrollment processes and coordinate with HUB teams.
• Develop and implement client benefit strategies and multi-year plans.
• Prepare and present renewal analyses and recommendations.
• Ensure services align with project plans and quality standards.
