Job summary

Marsh McLennan Agency seeks a Benefits Account Executive to manage client benefit programs, coordinate renewals, and negotiate with carriers. You will serve as a primary contact for Producers and clients, ensuring timely, accurate service and strong vendor relationships.

The role requires 3–5 years in small market benefits accounts, a Bachelor’s degree or higher, and proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Publisher.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of small market Benefits Account Executive experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Publisher.
• Willingness to travel to meet client service needs.
• Bilingual Spanish a major plus.

Responsibilities

• Primary contact with the Producer and with the Market Place for client services and renewals.
• Manage client benefit programs and administration; coordinate with Account Managers and vendors.
• Oversee renewal bid/RFP strategy and negotiations on behalf of clients.
• Prepare market binders, carrier communications and client presentations.
• Schedule and conduct client meetings, produce stewardship reports, and ensure timely communications.
• Delegate effectively to Account Manager to meet client program needs.
