Job summary

Marsh & McLennan Agency is seeking a Senior Benefits Account Executive in Dallas, TX to manage client benefit programs, renewals, and vendor negotiations. The role requires strong consultative skills, leadership in client services, and the ability to coordinate with Producers, Account Managers, and carriers.

The ideal candidate will bring 5–7 years of midmarket AE experience (internal 2–3 years), a Bachelor’s degree, and proficiency with Word/Excel/PowerPoint.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• RHU, GBA or CEBS CE path designations are a plus.
• Internal 2–3 years of Account Executive experience preferred.
• External 5–7 years of midmarket Account Executive experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel to meet client service needs.
• Bilingual Spanish is a major plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as main contact with Producers and vendors to maintain client insurance programs.
• Manage renewal strategies and carrier negotiations on clients’ behalf.
• Oversee client communications, prepare materials, and deliver timely updates to Producers.
• Lead and mentor team members as appropriate to ensure service excellence.
• Ensure compliance with contract and benefit timelines, including documentation and reporting.
