Job summary

Marsh & McLennan Agency is seeking a Benefits Account Executive to manage client insurance programs, coordinate renewals, and maintain strong producer and market relationships. The role involves leading project tasks, directing account managers, and ensuring timely, accurate service.

Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree (preferred), 3–5 years in benefits/account management, and strong communication skills. Travel may be required; bilingual Spanish is a major plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact with Producers and Market Place.
• Manage client insurance programs and benefit timelines using agency systems.
• Coordinate renewal bids, RFPs and carrier negotiations for clients.
• Oversee development of client communications and stewardship reports.
• Ensure compliant documentation and timely client correspondence.
