Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; RHU, GBA or CEBS CE path is a plus.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of midmarket Account Executive experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed objectives through effective delegation and account management.
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to mentor other team members within client services.

Responsibilities

• Act as main contact with the Producer and vendors to maintain client insurance programs.
• Manage renewal negotiations and market strategy with carriers.
• Develop and deliver client communications and stewardship materials.
• Lead client meetings and coordinate with internal teams.
