The role requires prioritizing KPI achievement, working with Manufacturer Representatives, and maintaining CRM data accuracy. Expect travel around 25% to meet objectives and expand market share.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years experience in bearing / ring sales.
• Export control compliance and travel readiness.

Responsibilities

• Develop new customers and maintain all customers in assigned territory.
• Set territory targets and monitor progress towards goals.
• Provide data to management to help establish budgets and revenue.
• Meet or exceed KPIs in the designated territory.
• Travel ~25% with contracted Manufacturers Representatives.
• Schedule and perform in-person meetings with accounts.
