Qualifications

• Proven success selling bearings, machined components, metal stampings, precision components, assemblies or related products.
• Experience selling to OEMs, industrial manufacturers, or distribution partners.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and understand manufacturing processes.
• Willingness to travel 25–50% for customer visits and events.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue and market share growth.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with OEMs, distributors, and manufacturers.
• Manage and grow existing customer accounts and key relationships.
• Conduct visits, technical presentations, and product demonstrations.
• Prepare quotes, proposals, and contracts; negotiate terms.
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline and forecast accurately.

• Represent the company at trade shows and customer meetings.
