Job summary

SKF is seeking a results-driven Territory Manager to lead growth across a defined sales territory in the south central and southwestern Texas area. You will partner with distributors, channel partners, and end users to win new applications, convert competitors, and expand wallet share while delivering exceptional customer experience.

The role requires a strong hunter mentality, deep technical knowledge of bearings and maintenance products, and willingness to travel up to 75% for on-site support

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent industry experience.
• Strong commercial and technical/mechanical aptitude.
• Knowledge of bearings, seals and maintenance products; ability to discuss features and benefits.
• Willingness to travel 60–75% of the time within the sales territory.

Responsibilities

• Deliver year-over-year sustainable profit growth within the assigned portfolio of business.
• Build, deepen and sustain customer relationships and expand wallet share.
• Provide strong technical support to distributor and end-user accounts; act as trusted advisor.
• Develop and execute cross-functional go-to-market strategies with internal and external stakeholders.
