Qualifikationen

• Experience supporting rotating equipment in oil & gas, power generation, or heavy industrial markets.
• Background in service sales related to bearings, seals, machining, or turbomachinery components.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets with strong customer satisfaction.
• Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities and communicate solutions effectively.

Aufgaben

• Drive revenue growth by developing new business within target markets (oil & gas, power, heavy industry).
• Build and maintain relationships with engineers, maintenance managers, and procurement teams.
• Identify opportunities for bearing and seal repair, manufacturing, and retrofit solutions.
• Evaluate customer drawings and specifications to define scope and engineered solutions.
• Lead quoting, pricing, and negotiation for complex, high-value projects.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations to ensure technical alignment and project execution.
• Maintain a strong field presence through customer visits and industry networking.
