• Strong commercial and technical aptitude.
• Willingness to travel 60–75% of the time within the sales territory.

Responsibilities

• Deliver consistent year-over-year sustainable profit growth within the assigned portfolio of business.
• Actively manage daily engagement with SKF Authorized Distributors, Channel Partners and end users to drive incremental sales growth.
• Build, deepen and sustain customer relationships.
• Uncover unmet needs, qualify opportunities, and position SKF to take share from incumbents.
• Provide technical support to distributors and end users; collaborate with engineers as needed.
• Develop and execute a cross-functional GTM strategy with internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage the sales funnel with disciplined cadence to win new business and expand existing share.
