The Business Development Manager role is hunter-oriented, focusing on developing pipeline, generating opportunities, and engaging with mid-market and enterprise prospects across North America. Travel up to 40% is expected, with autonomy and close collaboration with leadership.

Formación

• 2-5 years of sales or BDM experience in consulting/services-led environments.
• Proven ability to prospect, engage, and qualify leads independently.
• Experience with selling technology services and managing negotiations with clients.
• Highly motivated, results-driven, and coachable.

Responsabilidades

• Source and qualify new business opportunities in North America.
• Build and manage a client pipeline across multiple verticals.
• Proactively reach out to prospects via outbound (email, calls, social).
• Coordinate discovery & qualification conversations.
• Partner with leadership to close deals.
• Attend industry events, conferences, and client meetings (travel expected 40% of the time).
