Job summary

General Atomics Integrated Intelligence Inc. (GA-Intelligence) is seeking a seasoned Business Development Project Manager to drive growth across the DoD, IC, foreign governments, and commercial sectors.

You will craft compelling proposals, work with engineers and SMEs to translate complex missions into win themes, and shape strategic pursuits with GA-Intelligence’s strengths. You will define growth strategy, identify opportunities, and capture them through tailored content, executive briefings,

Qualifications

Requires a Bachelor's in Business Administration or related discipline with 13+ years in project administration, and at least 7 years in project management.
3+ years of experience in technical writing focusing on software systems, proposals, and contract docs.
Experience responding to solicitations (RFPs, RFIs, BAAs, IDIQs, SBIRs, OTAs).

Responsibilities

Lead and execute business development strategies from opportunity identification to capture.
Develop tailored content including proposals, white papers, strategic plans, and executive briefings.
Partner with cross-functional teams to support program design, execution, and reporting.
Translate complex technical solutions into mission-relevant narratives for diverse audiences.
Ensure proposal content aligns with FAR/DFARS and follows Sections L & M.
Support proposal planning, schedules, color team reviews, and compliance matrices.
