Job summary

General Atomics Aeronautical Systems, Inc. (GA-ASI) seeks an accomplished business development leader to direct BD activities for GA-ASI products and services related to the US Air Force.

You will direct short- and long-term objectives, consult with executives, and implement strategic initiatives across organization units. The role includes leading proposals, budgets, and contract terms, while interfacing with government personnel and headquarters staff to ensure program success and alignment

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in business administration or related field.
• Thirteen+ years of progressively complex experience in business development.
• Experience supporting U.S. Air Force and U.S. Government missions.
• Ability to resolve complex problems and serve as project spokesperson.
• Strong communication, leadership, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of business development to attain objectives.
• Act as primary contact for strategic development with USAF and Department of War.
• Manage development of new opportunities and expansion of existing ones.
• Identify markets and licensing opportunities and assess feasibility.
• Support program execution by interfacing with government offices.
