Job summary

Qualifications

• Typically requires a Bachelor's or Master's in business administration or related field and 13+ years of progressively complex experience in business development.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of business development activities to ensure objectives are attained.
• Act as primary contact for strategic development with the US Air Force. Lead progress reviews on cost, schedule, and technical performance.
• Manage development of new strategic opportunities and expand existing ones through partnerships, alliances, and joint ventures.
• Identify markets and licensing opportunities; assess feasibility of product development.
• Prepare proposals, business plans, and budgets; oversee contract terms and conditions.
• Support program execution by interfacing with government program offices and HQ staff.
• Develop and implement short and long-term schedules, quality, business, and financial objectives.
• Lead master plans, milestones, and scheduling for the organization.
• Mentor and develop management, professional, and technical talent.
