Job summary

You will manage writing, editing, final production and delivery of proposals, and help implement policies to meet business objectives. You will provide leadership across departments and may supervise staff to achieve goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 11+ years in proposal development.
• Extensive knowledge of proposal principles, regulations and practices; leadership and coordination skills.
• Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal abilities for cross-functional interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Manage development, planning and scheduling of proposals.
• Serve as primary interface for proposals with senior management, business development, engineering, production, finance and contracts.
• Produce cost, schedule and technical elements for RFPs; ensure compliance with requirements.
• Develop and modify proposal policies and procedures; guide strategy and development meetings.
• Review proposals for feasibility and manage budgets for proposal efforts.
