Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in electrical/optical engineering or physics desirable.
At least 5 years of sales experience with OEM sales.
Proven track record in a technical sales/application specific role.
Defense & Aerospace industry experience a plus.
Ability to lead and execute projects to timelines.

Responsibilities

Act as the technical liaison for the Photon Sensing market including missile guidance, targeting and laser warning applications.
Grow sales territory/accounts with assigned revenue, bookings and design-win targets.
Develop deep customer relationships from engineering to senior levels and execute growth plans.
Lead negotiations and contribute to contractual agreements with customers.
Manage and grow prospect pipeline and channel partner activity to meet growth targets.
