The role requires strategic selling skills and cross-functional collaboration to win revenue and design opportunities across the Americas. The position can be remote within the United States, offering a pathway to influence high-tech photonic solutions across multiple defense

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical/optical engineering or physics preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in OEM sales with a technical background.
• Experience in defense or aerospace markets is a plus.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as the technical liaison for the Photon Sensing market including missile guidance, targeting and laser warning applications.
• Grow sales territory/accounts with assigned revenue, bookings and design-win targets, driving profitability and market share.
• Manage and grow key accounts, develop strategic growth plans, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Lead negotiations with customers and contribute to contracts within company guidelines.
• Develop and nurture channel partner activity and relationships within the sales territory.
• Deliver strategic sales presentations and maintain up-to-date product and market knowledge.
• Support monthly/quarterly operating reviews, forecasts, and sales reporting.
