Job summary

Chelsea Search Group seeks a Technical Business Development Manager for semiconductor solutions in Minneapolis, bridging engineering and business development to drive growth across Mil-Aero, Industrial, and Medical markets. This role focuses on Design Automation, FPGA, ASIC Design, and advanced Packaging to translate customer needs into compelling opportunities.

You will collaborate with engineering, product, and leadership to define approaches, develop estimates for resources and costs, and

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in Design Automation, FPGA, or ASIC Design.
5+ years of experience in the Semiconductor industry.
Experience with Mil-Aero or Industrial customers a plus.
Strong technical documentation and verbal communication skills.
Ability to translate customer needs into technical and business opportunities.

Responsibilities

Close business by providing technical sales support during various stages of the sales cycle.
Develop long-term relationships with clients and interpret their requirements.
Develop technical and cost proposals.
Make technical presentations and demonstrate how a product meets client needs.
Travel up to 30% and coordinate sales projects.
