Job summary

Chelsea Search Group is seeking a Technical Business Development Manager for Semiconductor solutions. The role focuses on bridging engineering concepts with business development, helping bring advanced ASIC/FPGA solutions to Mil-Aero, Industrial, and Medical markets.

You will collaborate with engineering and leadership teams to assess customer requirements, craft technical approaches, and develop estimates for resources and costs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Design Automation, FPGA, or ASIC Design.
• 5+ years of experience in the Semiconductor industry.
• Strong English oral and written communications skills.
• Experience with Mil-Aero and/or Industrial customers is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical sales support during various stages of the sales cycle.
• Develop long-term relationships with clients and interpret their requirements.
• Develop technical and cost proposals and present them to customers.
• Search for new clients and grow business with existing customers.
• Travel up to 30% as required.
