Job summary

Altex Technologies Corporation is seeking a Business Development Manager for Thermal Management Systems in San Jose, CA. You will lead a $20M/year business, applying technical and market expertise to secure new contracts with government and prime defense contractors.

You will build alliances, oversee end-to-end proposal development, and guide the BD group toward revenue and profitability targets in defense and civilian markets. US Citizenship is required; travel up to 20%.

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Mechanical Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Drive Growth: identify, capture, and win new contract opportunities with government and prime contractors.
• Network & alliances: build robust network in target markets and with defense contractors.
• Proposal development: lead end-to-end proposal creation from strategy to write-ups.
• Manage BD group: plan activities to hit $20M business targets.
