Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in business development or sales leadership within defense or military markets.
• Proven history of winning significant defense manufacturing programs.
• Strong understanding of DoD acquisition processes and prime contractor supply chains.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute defense market growth strategy aligned with company objectives.
• Establish executive-level relationships within major defense organizations.
• Lead opportunity qualification, capture planning, and pursuit strategies.
• Collaborate with operations and engineering to align growth initiatives.
