Job summary

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience with space programs, strong DoD knowledge, and the ability to manage complex, cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant experience with a bachelor’s degree.
• 3+ years in space programs, capture management, business development, proposal development, or related discipline.
• Strong understanding of DoD and/or national agency space missions and policy frameworks.
• Ability to translate customer needs into actionable capture and BD plans.
• Proven ability to communicate at executive levels and in cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute customer engagement plans with government and customer organizations.
• Develop early-win strategies and capture plans.
• Identify differentiators and win themes to shape opportunities.
• Manage pipeline growth with program and capture teams.
• Oversee stages of the Business Acquisition Process from pursuit to capture outcomes.
