Job summary

Vista Projects Limited is seeking a Business Development Account Manager to drive growth in the US market, primarily in Houston, with travel across the US and occasional travel to Canada. You will report to Canada-based leadership and collaborate with BD resources to pursue opportunities.

Qualifications

• Degree in business management or engineering.
• Relevant experience in business development and/or B2B sales.
• Strong communication skills (writing case studies, proposals, and press releases).
• Strong project management skills.
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities.
• Valid passport and ability to travel internationally, including occasional travel to Canada.

Responsibilities

• Identify target markets with the Calgary team and potential clients.
• Use and maintain the HubSpot CRM system.
• Attend meetings with the BD team and report on opportunities.
• Approach potential clients via cold calls, industry events, or existing relationships.
• Prepare professional proposals and information packages for RFPs.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis and client surveys.
• Support leadership with manpower planning and quarterly reviews.
