Job summary

Vista Projects Limited is seeking a Business Development Manager based in Houston to drive growth in the US market. You will work with the Calgary/Canada team to identify clients, pursue opportunities, and manage bids through CRM and coordinated proposals.

Ideal candidates have a business or engineering degree, 5+ years in BD or sales, and strong communication skills. International travel and MBA are preferred; you will join a collaborative, growth‑minded firm focused on energy and low‑carbon

Qualifications

• Degree in business management or engineering.
• Relevant experience in business development and/or B2B sales.
• Strong communication skills and ability to multi-task.
• Willingness to travel internationally, with valid passport.

Responsibilities

• Identify target markets and potential clients in the US and Canada.
• Engage with clients and prospects to develop opportunities and proposals.
• Maintain CRM (HubSpot) for opportunity tracking and reporting.
• Prepare professional proposals and information packages in response to RFPs.
• Coordinate with US and Canadian teams to align strategies and bids.
• Attend meetings and industry events to build relationships with clients.
• Assist leadership with manpower planning and quarterly reviews.
