Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP is seeking a senior Business Development Associate Director in Energy & Infrastructure to drive revenue growth across the sector from offices across the US. The role partners with sector leaders to shape go-to-market strategy, build client relationships, and convert opportunities into high-value mandates.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 10+ years of marketing experience in business development and marketing for the E&I sector.
• Strong client service approach with the ability to build and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborative and team-oriented mindset in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Exceptional communication skills with ability to craft and deliver engaging stories.
• Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Set BD priorities and plans with practice leaders; lead strategy development and execution using market intelligence and competitive analysis.
• Drive revenue through client targeting, pipeline management, and key account programs; grow client base across practices/offices.
• Oversee tailored proposals and pitches for energy-sector matters; ensure consistency in positioning.
• Lead thought leadership and external positioning with Communications/PR; align with firm strategy.
• Define and track KPIs; translate performance data into actionable insights for leadership.
