Qualifications

• 6+ years in marketing or BD, preferably in legal or professional services for energy/infrastructure.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Familiarity with energy and infrastructure markets and project development.
• Strategic thinking with proven ability to drive initiatives.
• Strong project management and deadline discipline.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; copywriting skills.
• Problem solving and risk management skills.
• Collaborative team player with cross-functional experience.
• Adaptability under pressure and growth mindset.
• Technical: MS Office proficiency; CRM familiarity; AI tools a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full BD cycle from market intel to cross-selling and proposals.
• Develop client targeting and strategic growth plans with leadership.
• Lead pitches, proposals, RFPs and coordinate with lawyers.
• Shape sector-focused value propositions and market narratives.
• Plan client events, sponsorships, and coordinate speaker opportunities.
• Maintain BD data, CRM accuracy and knowledge management.
• Prepare entries for rankings, awards and directories.
• Lead special projects and mentor junior team members.
