You will partner with E&I leaders, attorneys and the BD team to drive revenue growth, manage pitches and proposals, and elevate the firm's profile in energy and infrastructure markets through market positioning and thought

Qualifications

• 6+ years of marketing or business development experience in legal or professional services, supporting energy/infrastructure/practices.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Familiarity with energy and infrastructure markets; ability to develop sector expertise.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic business development and client targeting initiatives across energy & infrastructure.
• Drive pitches, proposals, and RFP responses from intake through submission.
• Shape thought leadership and market positioning in collaboration with Communications and BD colleagues.
• Plan and manage events, sponsorships, and industry engagement to generate opportunities.
• Maintain accurate experience databases, matter lists, and client information; manage CRM and data quality.
