Our client seeks a Senior Business Development Associate Director for Energy & Infrastructure, based in the U.S. offices. This role partners with sector leaders to shape go-to-market strategy, build client relationships, and convert market opportunities into high-value mandates.

You will lead BD priorities, drive revenue growth, oversee tailored proposals, and champion thought leadership across the firm. Strong leadership, communication, and strategic thinking are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 10+ years of marketing experience in business development and marketing for the E&I sector.
• Deep understanding of technology clients' needs at all stages of development.
• Strong client service approach with internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborative and team-oriented mindset in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional communication skills for crafting and delivering stories.

Responsibilities

• Set BD priorities and plans; lead strategy development and execution.
• Drive revenue through client targeting, pipeline management, and key accounts.
• Oversee tailored proposals and pitches for energy-sector matters; collaborate across practices.
• Lead external positioning with Communications and PR; align thought leadership with strategy.
• Manage events and sponsorships; evaluate ROI and follow up to convert connections.
• Partner with Market Intelligence to identify trends and translate insights into BD priorities.
• Provide strategic direction on rankings, awards, and directory submissions.
• Build and manage a high-performing BD team; coach partners on visibility.
