The role leads strategic BD and marketing efforts across energy, infrastructure, and related sectors, partnering with lawyers and leadership to translate capabilities into high-value opportunities. The Manager drives the full BD cycle—from market intelligence and client targeting to pitches, proposals, and thought leadership—delivering persuasive materials

Qualifications

• 6+ years of marketing or business development experience, preferably in legal or professional services supporting energy, infrastructure, project finance or related practices.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Familiarity with energy and infrastructure markets, project development or government contracting preferred; enthusiasm to develop deep sector expertise required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute client development plans with sector focus.
• Lead pitches, proposals and RFP responses customized to client needs.
• Shape sector-focused market narratives and thought leadership.
• Plan and support client events, conferences and sponsorships; evaluate ROI.
