UB Greensfelder LLP is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to partner with Practice Groups, Industry Teams, cross-functional departments, and firm leadership to create and implement business development strategies that drive revenue for the Corporate Practice Group and Industry Groups.

The ideal candidate is a trusted advisor to Firm leaders, developing BD strategies for their portfolio and leading execution plans to support those strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications or related area preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in a B2B, professional services setting.
• Experience with Am Law 200 firms strongly preferred.
• Strong strategic planning, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio for the Corporate practice group and several industry groups, serving as the primary point of contact for the Marketing & Business Development department.
• Make independent decisions in consultation with Practice Group and Industry Team Leaders and senior leadership.
• Lead strategic firm initiatives and supervise execution plans to support BD strategies.
• Collaborate with firm leaders to monitor performance and drive revenue goals.
• Provide coaching and mentorship to direct reports and uphold firm policies.
