Job summary

Troutman Pepper Locke LLP is seeking a Business Development Coordinator to support the Marketing and Business Development team. You will work with the Private Equity + Investment Funds practice group to plan and deliver materials that align with strategic growth initiatives.

The role requires collaboration with attorneys and BD colleagues to craft tailored materials, conduct market research, and coordinate events, awards, and thought leadership pieces.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; four plus years in marketing and business development.
• Experience supporting a legal practice or professional services preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement client development strategies for current and prospective clients.
• Research clients, prospects, industries, and competitors to guide BD efforts.
• Create high-quality pitch materials, responses to RFPs, and client presentations.
• Coordinate events, sponsorships, webinars, and speaking engagements.
