Job summary

FFB Bank is seeking a Merchant Relationship Manager to drive merchant services sales and expand client relationships across assigned markets. You will partner with lenders, branch staff, and tellers to generate referrals and deliver tailored banking solutions.

The role emphasizes servicing merchant clients, resolving issues, and supporting growth through cross-selling while adhering to TRAC values.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Finance, or related field.
3–5 years of experience in banking, financial services, or related industry.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Responsibilities

Generates new leads through outbound calls, emails, networking, and meetings.
Builds and maintains strong relationships with clients to drive long-term business.
Uses CRM systems to track interactions and manage pipeline activity.
Develops and manages client relationships by identifying financial needs and delivering tailored solutions.
Leads the full sales lifecycle from prospecting to funding and closing deals.
Creates proposals and responses that address client challenges and position the Bank’s solutions.
