Qualifications

• Proven track record leading banking operations, process improvements, and cross-functional projects at a senior level.

Responsibilities

• Lead banking operations strategy and initiatives to improve efficiency, customer service, controls, and profitability.
• Oversee core banking functions: digital banking, deposits, payments, check processing, card services, and fraud prevention.
• Use data to drive performance via KPIs, trends, and leadership-level reporting.
