Job summary

Federal Home Loan Bank of Topeka is seeking a Director of Business Technology to lead software development, architecture, and shared services. This role reports to the CIO and provides strategic and operational leadership for the Bank's application portfolio, SDLC, architecture, and technology innovation.

You will partner with business and technology leaders to align solutions with strategic priorities and member needs while advancing modernization, AI, cloud, and automation initiatives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT and business leadership experience.
• 8+ years in full lifecycle software development.
• Experience with cloud-native architectures and microservices.
• Proven track record in modernization and transformation initiatives.
• Ability to translate technology into business outcomes.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps.
• Experience in regulated environments.
