Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Banking, or a related field preferred.
• Relevant professional certifications or specialized training in lending operations, loan documentation, banking compliance, risk management, internal controls, or process improvement are beneficial.
• Experience overseeing centralized loan operations supporting multiple markets, branches, or business lines.
• Experience with commercial loan documentation, complex loan structures, participations, and specialized servicing requirements.
• Experience implementing or enhancing loan origination, documentation, workflow, or servicing technology.

Responsibilities

• Lead loan operations leadership and oversight of centralized functions including processing, documentation, closing, funding, servicing, collateral administration, and related activities.
• Establish departmental goals, operating standards, performance expectations, service levels, and procedures aligned with the Bank’s objectives.
• Ensure loan operations support for commercial, consumer, and real estate lending across markets and channels.
• Monitor workloads, service levels, quality, and staffing; escalate and adjust resources as needed.
• Oversee risk, compliance, quality assurance, and controls across processing, documentation, funding, servicing, and administration.
• Provide process improvements and technology enhancements to improve efficiency and customer experience.
