Qualificações

• 8–10+ years in retail banking or banking operations.
• At least 5 years of managerial or officer-level leadership experience.
• Experience leading a large, multi-layered organization or team.
• Strong knowledge of consumer banking products, services, regulations, policies, and operational best practices.
• Ability to turn data and performance trends into action.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and lead banking operations strategy across consumer banking functions.
• Oversee digital banking, deposits, ACH/wire, check processing, card services, and fraud prevention.
• Establish KPIs, analyze trends, and report insights to senior leadership.
• Foster process improvement, efficiency, and scalable operations.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives with sales, technology, risk, and product teams.
