Worldhire is seeking an experienced banking leader to drive strategic growth, executive engagement, and technology-led transformation opportunities across the United States. Appointment level will depend on experience and scope.

Ideal candidates have 15–25 years in banking/FS, with deep knowledge in payments, transaction banking, cash management, liquidity, lending or core banking, and strong relationships with senior banking stakeholders.

Formación

• 15–25 years of banking, financial services, strategic business development, or technology-led transformation experience.
• Significant banking experience, ideally inside a bank.
• Strong knowledge of payments, transaction banking, cash management, liquidity, lending or core banking.
• Established relationships with senior banking stakeholders and proven ability to discuss priorities and transformation.
• Experience in strategic relationships, business development, account growth, or major banking initiatives.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and develop strategic growth opportunities with banks across the United States.
• Build account and opportunity strategies aligned with banks’ priorities and transformation agendas.
• Develop relationships to support new opportunities and expand within strategic accounts.
• Cultivate trusted relationships with senior banking executives and key decision-makers.
• Engage stakeholders in consultative discussions about business priorities and transformation plans.
• Understand client organizations, decision processes, and strategic initiatives.
• Connect banking priorities with technology-enabled solutions across payments, transaction banking, cash management, liquidity, lending, core banking and digital transformation.
• Bring banking-domain knowledge and market insight to solution positioning and client value discussions.
• Collaborate with internal product, sales, consulting and delivery teams to shape propositions.
• Develop and manage a pipeline of strategic banking opportunities.
• Support commercial planning, forecasting, account growth, and revenue objectives.
• Assist cross-functional teams in complex pursuits, proposals, negotiations and longer-term transformation opportunities.
