Qualifications

• BA/BS in Business, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Operations
• 5+ years in banking, financial services consulting
• Subject matter expertise across multiple banking/financial services domains
• Experience leading complex workstreams or business solution design
• Ability to take an ambiguous client problem, structure the approach, and lead a team

Responsibilities

• Lead design of practical business solutions across process, people, technology, data, and controls
• Own complex client problems from initial definition through solution design and implementation
• Apply subject matter expertise across multiple banking, financial services, and transformation domains
• Bridge business, operations, technology, data, risk, and regulatory considerations to solve problems
• Lead workshops, executive sessions, and decision forums across functions
• Develop future-state operating models, capabilities, processes, and roadmaps
