Accenture Strategy in the United States seeks a Senior Manager to lead enterprise-wide banking strategy programs, spanning commercial banking growth, operating model transformation, digital banking, and payments.

You will guide C-suite stakeholders, build long-term client relationships, mentor teams, and shape AI-enabled banking offerings while traveling up to 80% to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in management consulting or banking transformation.
• 5+ years advising Banking/Capital Markets/Payments at senior level.
• 5+ years owning senior client relationships (C-suite).
• 6+ years leading enterprise-wide strategy or transformation programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide banking strategy engagements across growth, operating model transformation, and digital banking.
• Set direction for large multi-workstream programs with stakeholder alignment.
• Advise C-suite on strategy-to-roadmap execution and client experience.
• Build long-term client relationships to position Accenture as a strategic partner.
• Identify trends in AI, fintech, and banking tech to inform offerings.
• Mentor and develop Managers and Consultants; collaborate across Accenture.
